These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the fg64 platform, including all games, sports betting, payment services and promotional offers. The following five points summarise the most important obligations and entitlements for every fg64 player.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You") and fg64 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the fg64 website at fg64.club, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, payment processing and customer support features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game or placing any bet on the fg64 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the fg64 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fg64 platform.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the fg64 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players who are under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the fg64 platform, including free-play features.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and are not accessing fg64 on behalf of a third party, business entity or employer.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the fg64 platform or from any other online gaming platform for any reason, including breach of terms, fraud or problem gambling.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fg64 or any affiliated entity.
• You are registering with accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, and you agree to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fg64 platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, which serves as the primary identifier for your account. When registering, you must provide truthful and accurate personal details. fg64 may require additional identity documentation (KYC verification) prior to processing any withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform.

• You may register only one account. Any additional accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and any balances — including bonus funds and winnings — associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety without notice.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. fg64 is not liable for any losses incurred through unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
• fg64 reserves the right to verify account details at any time. If the information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, fg64 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains current. Changes to your registered Bangladesh phone number, email address or other personal details must be communicated to fg64 support promptly.

fg64 reserves the right to decline any application for registration without being required to give a reason for such refusal.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fg64 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. fg64 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your account and that you do not reuse passwords from other websites or services. You should change your password immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All activity conducted through your fg64 account will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you believe that an unauthorised third party has gained access to your account, you must notify fg64 support immediately at [email protected]. fg64 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action; however, fg64 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification being received.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

fg64 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. fg64 does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside fg64's control.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the fg64 account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or if KYC verification is outstanding.
• fg64 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity (KYC), proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
• Funds deposited into your fg64 account must be used for gaming activity. fg64 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where the deposited funds have not been used for any bona fide gaming activity (i.e., deposits made solely for the purpose of conversion to withdrawal).

In the event of a technical error affecting a transaction, fg64 reserves the right to void the transaction and return the relevant funds to the originating payment method. fg64 will not honour any winnings or credits arising from a transaction that occurred as a result of a technical error.

6Bonuses and Promotions

fg64 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including the 200% welcome bonus on first deposit up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is awarded.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the fg64 welcome bonus is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Wagering must be completed before any withdrawal request associated with bonus funds can be processed.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• fg64 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any winnings accrued using the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Players who open multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be in breach of these Terms and will have all associated accounts closed and funds forfeited.
• Bonus funds and wagering progress will be forfeited if an account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days following the award of the bonus.

fg64 reserves the right to determine whether any bet or series of bets qualifies toward the wagering requirement for a bonus. Bets placed on certain games or at certain stake levels may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations. Current contribution rates for each game category are available on request from fg64 support.

7Gameplay Rules

All games and sports betting markets available on fg64 are operated subject to their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In addition to those specific rules, the following general gameplay conditions apply to all activity on the fg64 platform:

• All bets placed on fg64 are final once confirmed. fg64 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of fg64.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, game freezing or display errors — fg64 will use game server logs to determine the outcome of any affected round. If the outcome cannot be determined from the server logs, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Odds and prices for sports betting markets are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being placed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. fg64 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time.
• fg64 reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, use of inside information, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity in relation to a sporting event.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg64 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, with no obligation on fg64 to provide a refund of any kind:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, borrowed or fabricated personal information.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game, payment system or platform feature to obtain a financial advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the fg64 platform, place bets or generate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, or coordinating betting activity with third parties, in a manner designed to guarantee profit or circumvent the house edge.
• Using the fg64 platform to launder money, finance terrorism, fund illegal activity or process payments on behalf of any third party.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing fg64 staff members or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email or telephone.

9Responsible Gaming

fg64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. All services on fg64 are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. fg64 recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. The following tools are available to all fg64 account holders and can be activated by contacting fg64 support:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your fg64 account. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which your account will automatically log out, regardless of ongoing activity.
• Reality checks: enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the time elapsed and net gaming results during your current session.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 12-month) or permanent exclusion from fg64. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to register a new account.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the fg64 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of fg64 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the fg64 platform shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to fg64 or any third party without the express written permission of the relevant rights holder.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the fg64 platform without the prior written consent of fg64. Any unauthorised use of fg64 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg64 excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of the fg64 platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, fg64 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use the fg64 platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the fg64 platform or any of its features, whether caused by technical malfunction, maintenance, cyberattack or any event outside fg64's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, game outcomes or promotional terms displayed on the fg64 platform where such information was affected by a technical error or was otherwise inaccurate.

12Privacy and Data Protection

fg64 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data by fg64 is governed by the fg64 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with fg64, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the fg64 platform is encrypted using SSL technology. fg64 does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13Amendments to These Terms

fg64 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fg64 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or via an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published at /terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the fg64 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the fg64 platform immediately and close your account. You may contact fg64 support at [email protected] to request account closure at any time.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall first be submitted to the fg64 customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 14 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. fg64 does not accept liability for events outside its reasonable control, including acts of government, civil unrest, natural disasters or failures of third-party infrastructure.
